What is 'Falling Skies'?
Falling Skies is a thrilling megagame that blends international relations, high-stakes diplomacy, and intense conflict with the looming threat of extraterrestrial invaders.
Inspired by the XCOM video game series, the game revolves around mysterious aliens who have begun frequenting Earth—abducting people, conducting investigations, inciting terror, and scheming to weaken humanity for an eventual invasion or domination.
At its core, the game challenges players to decide how humanity, fractured into diverse political powers, will respond to this unprecedented threat.
Combining elements of a board game, role-playing game (RPG), and political simulation, Falling Skies features a majority of players taking on the roles of scientists, diplomats, military commanders, and politicians from the world’s leading nations. Meanwhile, a smaller group plays as the aliens, working behind the scenes to execute their mysterious and menacing agenda.
