The mountains have long known winter, but this winter refuses to leave. Darkness lingers where the sun should rise, and the land remains locked in unyielding frost. The cause of this unnatural cold is shrouded in rumor—some whisper of strange lights dancing across the sky, while others fear the wrath of the Goddess of Winter herself. Still, there are those who believe something ancient lies buried beneath the ice, drawing the cold to it.

Now, as travelers go missing and monsters grow bolder, striking at homes and livelihoods, the people grow desperate. The settlements stand on the brink, struggling against both the elements and the dangers that lurk in the snow. They cry out for aid, hoping for brave souls to help them endure the long night.
